Making an Appointment

An appointment is necessary to try on our Vera Wang collection of bridal and maids dresses. We do welcome walk-ins if you would like to view our accessories. When making an appointment, please plan well in advance. Weekends are very busy so it is advisable to book 4-6 weeks in advance. During the week, it is possible to make an appointment with less advance notice. For an appointment with one of our experienced consultants we charge £30 for Bridal, payable at the time of booking.

It is preferable that wedding dresses are ordered six months prior to the wedding date and maids four months prior. Subject to confirmation, we are able to accept orders if the wedding date is sooner. We also hold a selection of stock and sample dresses that may be purchased immediately. If you are in doubt, please call us so we can discuss your requirements with you and help you find a solution.

Your Experience

On your first visit to our showroom an experienced consultant will help guide you through our Vera Wang wedding dresses and will be there to advise you on the silhouette, fit and fabric of each dress. You will be able to try on the dresses to gain a true understanding of how your wedding dress will make you feel and our knowledgeable consultants will help advise you on the best dress for you and your special occasion. You will also be assisted to accessorise your look from our wide range of veils, tiaras, shrugs and accessories. We allow up to one and a half hours for you to truly indulge in the world of Vera Wang.

Once you have ordered your dress our fittings team will take on the task of making your dress fit you perfectly. Our couture director oversees the fitting process with our experience in house team.
